Applicants are to meet the matchmaking consultant for a confidential discussion regarding their expectations and criteria of a prospective partner before taking up the service. Originals and copies of the following documents should be brought along for verification/record purposes:

• Identity Card or Passport
• Highest Qualification Certificate
• Payslip or Income Tax Return Form or Letter of Appointment
• One Passport-size Photograph or a Full-view 3R size Photograph

All information are kept in strict confidence.

The matchmaking consultant will personally select and shortlist suitable candidates based on criteria given by the applicants. Face-to-face introductions are arranged upon consent from the parties concerned. Applicants will be introduced to different people that match their criteria.
